PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing of low torque and excellent sealing performance capable of constantly maintaining stable torque. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing is provided with an outer ring 2, an inner ring 4, plural rolling elements assembled between the outer ring and the inner ring, and a contact type rubber seal 10. On an outer circumferential surface 4a of the inner ring, a contact surface 13 to which an inner diameter 10a of the rubber seal gets in contact is formed. On an inner diameter of the rubber seal, a lip 15 is provided to be tapered by a prescribed angle toward the contact surface. A tip 15a of the lip is thus composed to get in contact with only the contact surface at one position. The inner diameter of the rubber seal (tip of the lip) is formed at an acute angleθ.
