PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual rice cake packaging material with such advantages that it has a strength and an outstanding resistance to heat and moisture, effective heat-sealing properties, a high resistance to pinholes and piercing and a high transparency and further, superb barrier properties for checking the penetration of an oxygen gas, water vapor or the like and that it shows a suitability for filling/packaging a content and a suitability for its preserving the content and it is free from the generation of a harmful substance during incineration/disposal after use and further, exhibits a best suitability for disposal and also an excellent environment-friendliness, and an individual rice cake package using the individual rice cake packaging material. SOLUTION: The individual rice cake packaging material is composed of a base material film, a resin film with an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film and a heat-sealable resin layer sequentially laminated and the individual rice cake package using the individual rice cake packaging material.
