PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an educational toy making a child pleased and pleasing the child with a play rolling a toy formed into a spherical body suddenly splitting it into pieces by contact with an external force, putting magnets incorporated therein closer, and restoring them into the spherical body by the work of the magnets. SOLUTION: This suddenly split water melon is so formed that the spherical body composed of synthetic resin foam body is split into multiple pieces, it has the magnets incorporated therein, and the magnets work when approaching to one another, mutually attracted and joined together so as to be formed into the spherical body. This constitution can produce the splittable educational toy formed of an eco-friendly material into the spherical body and being useful for an educational training.
