SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of tetrahydroimidazo- [2,1-a]isoquinoline of the formula (I) where X represents group (A) or (B) ; R1, R2, R3 are hydrogen atom, C1-6-alkyl or halogen atom; R4, R5, R6, R7 are hydrogen atom. Invention describes also pharmaceutical preparation for inhibition of reuptake of serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine based on these compounds. Invention provides preparing novel compounds eliciting valuable biological properties. Invention can be used in medicine as medicinal agent for treatment of patients with depression.
