PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural film that can retain excellent antifogging properties for a long time, can manifest the excellent initial antifogging properties, even when the film is produced in winter and immediately extended for use and retains the antifogging properties for a long time and shows excellent transparency, mechanical strengths, moldability and the like. SOLUTION: This film comprises a synthetic resin composition of 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin and 0.2-5 pts.wt. of a nonionic surfactant. The film is surface-treated at least on one surface so that the contact angle of the film surface to water is adjusted to 40-80 deg. or the weight of oxygen atoms/the total weight of the carbon atoms and the oxygen atoms on the film surface [O/(C+O)] is 0.15-0.30 according to ESCA. The film may include 0.01-0.3 pt.wt. of a fluorine-containing surfactant. In addition, the film may be surface-treated with corona discharge or plasma.
