PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die suitable for simultaneous punching and lamination which can punch an opening in a substantially straight manner with high accuracy equivalent to the accuracy of forming a hole part in one thin work even when a deformable and flexible material is used for the work. SOLUTION: The punching die 101 used for simultaneous punching and lamination which has a punch 10 and a die 12 to punch the work, and a stripper 11 to guide the punch 10 during the punching operation, and laminates the punched works with the punch 10 as a lamination shaft comprises an adjusting means A capable of changing the relative position of the punch 10 to the stripper 11 when an upper die 25 including the punch 10 is separated from a lower die 26 including the die 12, and an adjusting means B capable of changing a space between the die 12 and the stripper 11 during the punching operation.
