PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating turbid water containing cement produced by tunnel construction, or the like. SOLUTION: This turbid water treating method comprises a step to neutralize cement-containing waste water by bringing it into contact with gaseous carbon dioxide and a step to filter the neutralized waste water by a filter medium having uniform pores of 10-100μm average pore size.
