PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutter comprising a slide base reciprocally movable with respect to a frame, a blade support which is attachably/detachably supported thereby, and a pair of rotary blades which are disposed on the blade support and rotated as the blade support is moved. SOLUTION: This sheet cutter comprises a slide base 3 movably fitted along the longitudinal direction of a frame 1, a blade support 4 attachably/detachably fitted thereto, and a driving means M to move the slide base. A first rotary blade 8 and a second rotary blade 9 to cooperatively cut a sheet are provided on the blade support 4. A first rotary pulley 28 and a second rotary pulley 30 are fitted to each rotary shaft thereof. Peripheral parts of both pulleys are formed of elastic materials 29 and 31 so that the elastic materials hold a guide flange 14. The sheet cutter is rotated via the pulleys 29 and 31 by moving the slide base 3 by the driving means to cut a sheet.
