FIELD: individual protection of human from fire-arms and blank weapons. SUBSTANCE: armour of bulletproof vest has a composition of layers of fabric of high-modulus fibre and thick felt, and a sealed cover of material possessing hydrophobic properties. The cover material is applied on the surface of the layers of thick felt in the form of liquid, pastelike or powder materials, which when polymerized form a moistureproof coating. The sealed cover is made of elastic material that does not secondary fragments at destruction.
