SUBSTANCE: smoothing-out disk performs simultaneously rotary motion and self-excited oscillations in vertical plane due to mechanism set in motion by motor; upper member secured on vertical drive shaft is used for rotating the middle member by means of rigidly secured spring; middle member is rigidly secured with other spring and lower member, thus making the springs to be twisted, extended and compressed; middle member performing motion in vertical plane adds self-excited oscillations due to inertial forces.
