SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes foundation, strut with mounting surface and vertical guides for carriage carrying at least one tool head. Machine tool is provided with base table arranged on horizontal guides provided in foundation; supporting housing having vertical resting surface and secured to base table. Mounting surface of strut is joined with vertical resting surface of supporting housing in such a way that its lower end is placed lower than horizontal guides of foundation.
