PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cylindrical film which can form the film stably without tackiness from a flexible fluorine-containing material. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the cylindrical film, the film is produced by the melting extrusion molding of the flexible fluorine-containing material. The fluorine-containing material contains a fluorine-containing, multi- segmented polymer (a) and a fluoroplastic (b), and the polymer (a) has an elastic fluorine-containing polymer chain segment A and a non-elastic fluorine- containing polymer chain segment B. The polymer (a) is 1-40 wt.% based on a solid content of the total of the polymer (a) and the fluorocarbon resin (b). In the melting extrusion molding, the fluorine-containing material is melted, extruded from a ring-shaped die, cooled gradually, and transferred on a sizing fixture. The dynamic friction coefficient at 150 deg.C of the cylindrical film is below 1.0. |
