PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sandwich type insulating panel which can improve productivity by shortening the overlapping time of an upper face material after the injection of a polyurethane foaming raw liquid and reduce production costs by improving work properties and a face bar installation molding flask. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foaming raw liquid 5 is injected between the upper face bar fixed to an upper mold frame 1 arranged at an opening position and a lower face bar fixed to a lower mold frame 2, and these are laid to overlap each other into a sandwich shape. In the method for producing the insulating panel, the raw liquid 5 is injected toward the lower face bar fixed to the lower mold frame 2 from the outside of the upper and lower mold frames 1 and 2, the upper mold frame 1 is rotated at a closing position, and the upper face bar is laid on the raw liquid 5 injected on the lower face bar to overlap each other, so that these are integrated in the sandwich shape. The face bar installation molding flask is used in the method. |
