PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by fixing an endoscope, to improve aiming property by adsorbing a tissue by preparing a cavity required for treatment and simultaneously to prevent the increase of bleeding caused by damaging or adsorbing the tissue when fixing the endoscope or preparing the cavity. SOLUTION: The insertion part of an endoscope 1 is covered with a sheath 2 for endoscope. The top end of the sheath 2 for endoscope is equipped with a balloon 3 and a top end hood 4 made transparent and formed not to disturb the view of the endoscope. The top end hood 4 is formed almost into a double cylinder composed of an outer cover and an inner cover. Between the outer cover and the inner cover, a sucking port is formed. On the base end side of the sheath 2 for endoscope, a sucking tube 5 and a sucking connector 6 are provided to be communicated with a sucking duct from the top end hood 4. Besides, the base end side of the sheath 2 for endoscope, an air blowing tube 9 and an air blowing connector 10 are provided for expanding the balloon 3.
