SUBSTANCE: device has diaphyseal part designed as metal plate having a number of round holes receiving screws for performing suprabone fixation to humerus diaphysis and one hole of greater diameter for fixing prosthesis head. The metal prosthesis head is manufactured as a whole with spherical shape top part having dead threaded hole receiving fixing member and supporting base with thorns. Hole and thorn axes are in parallel to each other. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in full-scale repairing articulation movements. 1 dwg
