PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a handle of a toothbrush comprising a multi-layer structure which is excellent in movability or elasticity of a head section. SOLUTION: By this manufacturing method, the handle 6a of the toothbrush, which is equipped with the head section 11, a neck section 5 and a grip section, and wherein one section or the whole of the head section 11 comprises the multi-layer structure for which two kinds or more resins are laminated, is manufactured. First, a first resin layer 4 on the flocking surface side of the head section 11 is injection-molded, and then, a resin layer 9 for the second layer and after is injection-molded in order on the back surface side of the first resin layer 4. Also, when the first resin layer 4 is molded, first molds 1a and 1b equipped with flocking hole pins 1c are used, and the first resin layer 4 is injection-molded under a state wherein the flocking hole pins 1c of the first molds go through the first resin layer 4 section. Then, the first resin layer 4 is inserted in a mold 7 for the second layer and after under a state wherein the first resin layer 4 being injection-molded is held by the flocking hole pins 1c.
