PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for preventing warpage of a corrugated paper sheet which can precisely regulate a moisture content distribution in the direction of the width of liner paper without causing a fault or the lowering of strength due to peeling of the surface layer of the corrugated paper sheet and with easy maintenance of facilities. SOLUTION: Temperature distribution variable heater rolls 23 and 24 whereon surface liner paper 2 and a single-faced corrugated paper sheet 10 are wound respectively and wherein a plurality of independent induction heating coils are incorporated in the axial direction are provided at the entrance of a double facer 11. The distributions of heating quantities in the axial direction thereof are adjusted on the basis of the moisture content distributions in the direction of the width of the liner paper 2 and 3 which are detected by moisture sensors 25 and 26 disposed on the entrance side of the rolls respectively, and thereby the moisture content distributions of the surface and rear liner paper 2 and 3 are so regulated as to be matched with each other. Thereby the warpage of the corrugated paper sheet, including a combined warpage, can be prevented without causing a fault or the lowering of strength due to peeling of the surface layer of the corrugated paper sheet and with easy maintenance of facilities.
