PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch for a die which has a prolonged service life, and by which vibration transmission to the powder by a vibration means is improved while suppressing the occurrence of an extremely large burr caused by the deviation of a clearance by fixing the clearance of the punch for the die, and also to provide a structure and a method for centering the die. SOLUTION: The structure has the die 14 provided with a through-hole 12, the punch with a tip part 24, and a hydraulic jack 20 that fixes the punch and enables the loading and unloading of the tip part 24 into and from the through-hole 12. A positioning part 26 for centering the tip part 24 by fitting with the through-hole 12 is formed at the rear end side from the tip part 24 of the punch, and the moving range of the hydraulic jack 20 is set so that the positioning part 26 reaches the through-hole 12.
