PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear cover capable of preventing propagation of miscellaneous bacteria which cause bad odors and diseases in lop ears of a dog. SOLUTION: This ear cover has a covering member A which is attached to the ear capsule of the dog at an upper side near to the head so as to cover the back face of the ear, a member G with a hinge function which is attached to an edge of the covering member A, a covering member B which is formed out of a thin planar material to have a vertically- extended elliptic shape and is attached to the member G so as to cover the front face of the ear, tow or more ventilation openings C which are arranged over all the surface of the covering member B, a member H with a hinge function which is attached to an edge of the covering member B, a hook E which is attached to the inside of a joining member D, and a hook F which is attached to the surface of the member A so as to be joined with the hook E, wherein the covering members A and B are each bulged so as to form a space between them into which the ear of the dog is inserted in a state of being made stood, so that the ear of the dog is inserted into the formed space between the members A and B by making the ear to be stood, and the ear is nipped by the edges of the members A and B, or hairs of the ear of the dog are nipped by the edges of the members A and B, and further the members A and B are together joined so as to form the ear cover for the dog by engaging the hook E attached to the inside of the joining member D with the hook F attached to the surface of the member A. |
