PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sterilizing effect from fading during preservation by effectively irradiating an odontotherapheutic instrument under preservation with ultraviolet rays in preserving the odontotherapeutic instrument after an autoclave in an ultraviolet irradiation chamber. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet irradiation chamber 10 for enclosing the odontotherapeutic instrument finished with sterilization treatment and irradiating the odontotherapeutic instrument with ultraviolet rays to hold the sterilized state of the odontotherapeutic instrument, has an opening/closing door 11; a hanger member 13 with one end fixed to the internal wall surface opposed to the opening/closing door 11 and with the other end extending toward the opening/closing door 11 side; a spring member 14 with one end fixed to the fixed end side of the hanger member 13 and with the other end side sliding along the hanger member 13; ultraviolet lights 12 for irradiating ultraviolet rays in the chamber 10. A transparent sterilization bag 15 enclosing the odontotherapeutic instrument 16 is detachably hung on the tip side of the hanger member 13 or spring member 14 to irradiate the odontotherapeutic instrument with ultraviolet rays. |
