PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a gap between an inner liner material and a carcuss ply material. SOLUTION: When the inner linear material 2 is to be wound on a molding drum 1 and stuck in a molding process of a raw tire, an end portion 2a on one side of which the thickness is reduced gradually toward the end edge side is wound as the start end side, while the other end 2c wherein an end face 2b cut in the direction of the thickness substantially is formed is lapped over and stuck to the already wound portion and thereby the winding is ended. Subsequently, winding of the carcuss ply material 4 is started in a state wherein the start end of the winding of the carcuss ply material 4 is made to butt the cut end face 2b of the inner liner material 2, and the terminal end of the winding of the carcuss ply material 4 is lapped over and stuck to the already wound portion thereof. |
