INJECTION MOLD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INJECTION- MOLDED ARTICLE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mold enabling the stable printing of a highly precise injection-molded article having good appearance and enhanced in the strength of a material fused part, and a method for manufacturing the injection- molded article using the same. SOLUTION: In the injection mold having a cavity constituted so that the molding compound supplied from a molding compound supply gate is branched into at least two streams to flow and these resin streams are allowed to meet with each other and two streams of the molding compound are fused at the confluent point, at least two air vent gates communicating with the cavity are arranged so as to be shifted from the confluent point so that a fused surface area becomes larger than the fused surface of the molding compound formed when those air vent gates are provided at the confluent point. The manufacturing method for the injection-molded article using the mold is also disclosed.
