PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interdental cleaning utensil which releases various kinds of effective components from a filament or a wire when being used and is excellent in durability for releasing the effective components. SOLUTION: Hardly water-soluble resin films 3b and 5b containing an active component are formed on the surface of the filament material 5a or the wire 3a of a brush section 4 for this interdental cleaning utensil.
