FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes propeller mounted on fuselage, circular passage closed with deflecting doors on both sides and drive. Located in tail section of fuselage and in vertical fin are port and starboard doors whose axles of rotation are articulated in front portion of device and in rim of circular passage and in frame and only in frame in rear portion. Said axles are rigidly connected with bell crank on side of frame. Bell crank is connected with control cylinder at rear port and starboard doors through intermediate rod; control cylinder is secured on frame stiffener.
