FIELD: high-frequency heating devices for loose materials such as running seeds in agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device has shielded casing in the form of vertical cylinder with charging bin and discharging pipe accommodating axially disposed cylindrical member with high-potential electrode, low-potential electrode in the form of upper base of casing, mixing device, and shaft with drive mechanism; novelty is that radio- transparent cylindrical member is fixed in position and rigidly secured to casing bases, lower base of casing functioning as low-potential electrode, that high-potential electrode equally spaced from casing base and made in the form of disk with bore is rigidly fixed to radio-transparent cylinder so that it divides the latter into two equal treatment areas; in addition device is provided with two stirrers rigidly fixed on shaft.
