FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic transport and can be used for ventilation and discharge of grain from grain storages with flat bottoms. proposed installation contains main air delivery conduit and parallel air distributing channels connected to air conduit. According to invention, installation is furnished with central duct in lower part of which grain discharge holes are made, and discharge mechanical conveyor, for instance, scraper-type conveyor, is installed, and main air delivery conduit is located in upper part. Air distributing channels are connected to said air conduit at both sides, and additional air distributing channels are connected to end face parts of said channels at right angle. Rectangular section air nozzles are installed in lower part of all air distributing channels. Said air nozzles are installed with their larger side of section in parallel with surface of grain storage bottom, being tilted at angle to said surface. Nozzles are installed in parallel air distributing channels at angle of 45° to axis of channels, and in additional channels, square to axis of channels. Nozzles are protected from top by surface arranged at angle exceeding angle of repose. EFFECT: increased capacity at grain discharging. 5 dwg |
