摘要 FIELD: glass production. SUBSTANCE: multiple-layer electrically heated glass comprises three glasses arranged in parallel with one another: outer glass with thickness of 6-8 mm, inner glass with thickness of 5.5-6.5 mm and rear glass with thickness of 2-3 mm strengthened by ionic exchange, and intermediate gluing layers of polyvinyl butyral. Gluing layer with thickness of 0.38-1.2 mm is arranged between outer and inner glasses. Gluing layer arranged between inner and rear glasses has thickness of 3-5 mm. Current-conductive layer is applied to inner glass surface facing outer glass. Outer glass may be strengthened by ionic exchange. Strengthening of outer and rear glasses is carried out by dipping glasses into KNO3 melt at temperature of 440 C plus and minus 10 C for 6-18 hours.
