PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a joint which is not released, even when a light-transmitting resin film is used. SOLUTION: The method for joining a resin film comprises a first step to manufacture a film 12 with an adhesive by applying a polyester adhesive to the resin film 2 having light transmission properties, a second step to manufacture a silane coupling agent-applied metallic base material 11 by applying a silane coupling agent to the metallic base material 11 and a third step to join the film 12 with the adhesive and the silane coupling agent-applied metallic base material 11 together by mating the polyester adhesive with the silane coupling agent. Also the resin film joint body and the molding for vehicle are provided.
