OIL-WATER SEPARATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-water separating apparatus for separating oil-mixed water into oil and water continuously by using a simple structure and reliably discharging the separated oil and the separated water to the outside separately. SOLUTION: This oil-water separating apparatus 1 is provided with an oil separating tank 2 for floating and separating the oil in the oil-mixed water, an oil collecting measure 4 for discharging the separated oil, a water discharging flow passage 3 and a flow straightening plate 5 and an oil-water separating/flow straightening plate 6 arranged in the tank 2 for forming a flow passage of the oil-mixed water. The oil-mixed water reaches a liquid level 11 in the tank 2 through the plates 5 and 6 and is separated into floating oil and settling water by the difference of specific gravity. The floated oil is introduced easily into the measure 4 by a flow straightening weir 4c of the measure 4 disposed near the level 11 and discharged to the outside from a discharge pipe 20. The settled water is made to pass through the lower part of the lower edge 7a of a partition wall 7 and discharged to the outside from another discharge pipe 21 through the passage 3 and another passage 30.
