PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic warm or cold water atomizing apparatus which can arbitrarily atomize warm or cold water to a skin to obtain a series of cosmetic effects of removing the dirts of pores necessary to the cosmetics and clamping the pores and which compacts itself and reduces its cost. SOLUTION: The cosmetic warm or cold water atomizing apparatus comprises electromagnetic valves 5 respectively provided at parallel ducts 4 for supplying a spraying liquid from a liquid housing container 2 to a pressure type atomizing nozzle 3 to form one liquid channel, and an electrical heater 10 provided at one of the ducts 4 to heat the liquid. The atomizing apparatus further comprises an electromagnetic pump 20 provided between the atomizing nozzle 3 and the ducts 4 to pressurize the liquid. One liquid channel is formed from the ducts 4 by operating the valve 5 to spray the warm or cold water to the skin by arbitrarily switching the warm or cold water.
