PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring specified microorganisms, capable of simply and accurately measuring the specified microorganisms in a liquid specimen which contains the microorganisms or has a possibility of containing the microorganisms. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the specified microorganisms comprises catching the specified microorganisms on a microorganism-collecting filter from the liquid specimen which contains or has the possibility of containing the microorganisms, culturing the specified microorganisms on the filter, and detecting a substance which the specified microorganisms produce and secrete.
