PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet-accepting floor material to which hairs or mites scarcely attach, having excellent maintenability, and having softness and nonslipping properties. SOLUTION: This pet-accepting floor material has a partially laminated structure, so that the first layer comprises a base material for the floor material and is attached to the top of a plywood of a floor substrate, and the second layer is so formed that its cross section has a concave and convex shape and is adhered to the top surface of the first layer. Further, the first layer is formed out of a man-made fiber which is harder than the second layer, convex parts of the second layer contain hollow fibers or cellular materials which are formed out of the man-made fiber as a raw material, and the whole surface of the second layer is covered with a synthetic resin so as to form a hard coating.
