FIELD: winding machinery. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sphere of manipulation with roll materials. In proposed device carrying mandrel is used for automatically receiving the bobbin. Said mandrel gets into central hole of bobbin and is split-secured inside bobbin core. To connect carrying mandrel with bobbin core special clamping yokes are provided which are pushed out from sides providing power and/or geometric closing from inner side of bobbin core. Carrying mandrel is provided with several mechanical check elements indicating incorrect position of carrying mandrel. Photographic camera automatically controls movement of carrying mandrel. EFFECT: improved reliability of transfer of bobbins. 9 cl, 6 dwg
