PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of performance by a light pattern by simple constitution. SOLUTION: Light transmission regions A', B', A" and B" are provided on reels R1 to R3, and an LED 82 is fixed in the reels R1 to R3. When a prescribed condition is satisfied, the LED 82 is made to emit light in synchronization with the rotation of the reels R1 to R3.
