TREATING METHOD FOR CAPTURED ASH FROM TWO-STAGE SERIES DUST COLLECTORS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the elution of heavy metals from treated matter by effectively treating the fly ash generated from two-stage series dust collectors with a smaller amount of addition of a heavy metal immobilizing agent. SOLUTION: The treating method for the captured ash from the two-stage series dust collectors has a process step of adding water and the heavy metal immobilizing agent to the ash captured by the second dust collector of the two-stage series dust collectors for passing the waste gas generated from an incineration furnace or melting furnace through a first dust collector of the dust collectors arranged in series in two stages and capturing the fly ash, then spraying slaked lime to the waste gas discharged from the first dust collector and thereafter passing the waste gas through the second dust collector and capturing the fly ash or the ash mixture composed of the fly ash captured by the first dust collector and the fly ash captured by the second dust collector and kneading the mixture and a process step of feeding carbon dioxide to the mixture and mixing the mixture.
