<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purification device, which does not hinder the bottom of a water tank from being covered with sand and pebbles, etc., and not injure a landscape, allows aerobic bacteria to propagate well and can be used and maintained easily. SOLUTION: The water purification device includes a surrounding wall, a bottom board and a water-passing board taking up a space from the bottom board. A filter holding chamber comprising a partition board is erected from the bottom at one end of the water-passing board. The filter holding chamber is set with the bottom board brought into contact with the opening of the water tank. A submergible pump is provided in the space to deliver water in the tank. A box holding a deodorizer such as active carbon is detachably placed along a guide rail in the outside of the partition board. A double pipe penetrating the bottom board is provided to the outside of the partition board. A strainer protruding from the outer pipe is placed at the lower end of the inner pipe. In the internal pipe, an air-supply pipe with a wood piece attached to its lower end is provided to discharge fine air bubbles. A drain outlet is provided in the bottom of the exterior pipe, and an outlet pipe is provided in its top to discharge bubbles including impurities.</p> |
