REGENERATING TREATMENT METHOD FOR MUSHROOM MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerating treatment method for a mushroom medium, intended for fully heating up to the inside of the aggregate lump of the mushroom medium in a short time and efficiently thermally decomposing antinutritive powder and extinct hypha. SOLUTION: This regenerating treatment method for the mushroom medium comprises heating and drying while stirring a woody mushroom medium used for mushroom cultivation at 200-400 deg.C through irradiation with far-infrared radiation ray with a wavelength of 3-1,000μm. The aggregate lump of the mushroom medium can be fully heated up to the inside in a short time through irradiation with far-infrared radiation ray, thus the efficiency of thermally decomposing the antinutritive powder and extinct hypha excluding residual lignin can be increased.
