PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care bed capable of using a toilet on the bed and reducing loads of a person to be cared and a carer. SOLUTION: This care bed includes a bed body provided with an opening for raising/lowering the toilet, the toilet incorporated in the lower side of the bed body and liftably supported to the bed body, a toilet raising/lowering device moving the toilet between a raised position to be raised from the opening of the bed body onto the bed surface and a lowered position to be stored under the bed body, and an excretory substance recovering device sucking and recovering the excretory substance from the toilet. The bed body can be provided with a division mat covering the opening in an ordinary time and being pushed up by the raising force of the toilet. The toilet is liftably supported to the bed body and slidably supported in the direction along the bed surface at its raised position. This bed can be provided with a toilet sliding device sliding the toilet at the raised position in the direction along the bed surface.
