FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 2-(O-[pyrimidine-4-yl]-methyleneoxy)phenylacetic acid, their salts and N-oxides of the general formula (I) , agents for control of harmful fungi and pests, method of their synthesis and method of control of harmful fungi and pests using compounds of the general formula (I). In compounds of the formula (I) R1 means hydrogen atom, C1-2-alkyl; R2 means halogen atom, C1-2-alkyl; R3 means amino-, hydroxy-, mercapto-group, halogen atom, C1-8-alkyl being alkyl groups can be substituted with phenyl group that, in turn, can be substituted with one or two substituents independently each of other among the following: halogen atom, cyano-, nitro-group, C1-4-alkyl, C1-4-halogenalkyl and C1-4-alkoxy-group; C1-8-halgenalkyl, C1-8-alkoxy-C1-4-alkyl, C1-8-alkoxy-group, C1-8-monoalkyl- amino-group, di-C1-8-alkylamino-group, C1-8-alkylthio-group, C1-8-alkyl- sulfoxyl-group, C1-8-alkylsulfonyl-group, C3-6-cycloalkyl group, tri-C1-8-alkylsilyloxy-group or the following group optionally substituted by aromatic ring: phenyl, phenoxy-group, phenoxymethyl group, benzyloxy-group or heteroaryl group; R4 means hydrogen atom, cyano-group, halogen atom, C1-4-alkyl, C1-4-halogenalkyl and C1-4-alkoxy-group; Q means groups C(=NOCH3)-CONHCH3, C(=NOCH3)-COOCH3 or N(OCH3)-COOCH3. Agent comprises the effective dose of compound of the formula (I) or one of its salt or N-oxide and at least one accessory agent. The indicated agent is prepared by stirring the compound of the formula (I) with at least one accessory agent for preparing the corresponding composition. Method of control involves treatment of fungi or pests or their environment habitation, or plants, seeds, plantings, materials or compartments required to be treated with effective dose of compound of the formula (I) or one of its salts or its N- oxides.
