SUBSTANCE: device has control circuit, oscillator connected to passive electrode and via the first current gage to active electrodes, measuring oscillator connected to passive electrode and via the first current gage to active electrodes in parallel oscillator, the first and the second voltage gages, the first and the second calculating units, low frequency filter and read-only memory. The comparison unit is connected to the read-only memory designed so that it allows entering characteristics of output power to impedance ratio.
