PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper with a pad capable of dividedly receiving feces from urine in the same diaper and to provide a pad used for the diaper. SOLUTION: This diaper which is disposed with a water absorbing body in its inside, is worn between the crotch covering over the buttocks and the belly, and receives the evacuated feces and urine is provided with the pad in its belly part side. This pad is provided with block means blocking the entering of the feces in its one end and is disposed in the belly side so as to absorb the urine mainly. This pad is so attached as to be formed into a pocket to the diaper and to make the block means to an insertion port of the pocket, thereby formed into the diaper with the pad. The pad is disposed in the belly side so as to absorb the urine, while the feces entrance block means provided in the pad prevents the feces from being stuck to the belly side.
