PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the circulating quantity of an ozonization gas in a circulation type device for producing ozonized water, and to easily treat a drain caused in a dehumidifier. SOLUTION: In the circulation type device for producing ozonized water using an ejector 2, an air pump 6 is added in order to increase the working pressure of the ozonization gas circulating through a circuit, thereby the circulating quantity of the ozonization gas is increased. The drain caused in the dehumidifier 12 is merged with the downstream side of an ozone generating apparatus 4 by adding a drain passage route 15. A three-way solenoid valve is provided at the merging point of the drain for controlling the passage, thereby the drain is reliably discharged from the dehumidifier.
