PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatile medicine gradually discharging member that can gradually discharge a volatile medicine through vaporization by averaging the discharging quantity of the medicine at a discharging speed at which the medicine can be discharged at a low concentration, can prevent the unnecessary discharge of the medicine by sufficiently coping with temperature changes, and without changing the vaporizing quantity of the medicine even when the quantity of the medicine decreases. SOLUTION: This volatile medicine gradually discharging member is provided with a liquid absorber which absorbs and holds the liquid medicine. The absorber has a vaporizing quantity control film which controls the vaporizing quantity of the medicine and a humidity-sensitive film which changes in permeating quantity of the medicine in accordance with temperature changes on its surface. The absorber also has a space in which the vaporized vapor of the medicine stays between the films. The member gradually discharges the vapor of the medicine staying in the space formed of the films to the outside through the humidity-sensitive film in accordance with the change of the external humidity environment while the concentration of the vapor in the space is maintained at a fixed value or lower.
