PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for a player and to increase the sales of a game saloon by providing a coin paying out method, a device therefor and a game machine, by which medals can collectively be fed and a stuff can simply remove foreign matters for restoring the game machine in a short period even when the foreign matter is fed into the machine. SOLUTION: The coin paying out method has a coin storage part which has a tilted cylindrical inner surface and has at least the lower parts of both of its ends closed with at least a part openable and closable, a coin receiving port formed at the coin storage part, a rotating piece which rotates along the inner lateral side of the medal collecting part for press-moving tilted coins, and a coin paying out port formed at the specific part of the coin storage part for paying out the press-moved coins.
