PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the position of a target plane while reducing an error on the boundary plane of reflection factors. SOLUTION: A first light source part 100 emits the light flux of a first wavelength. A first optical illumination system 200A illuminates a fine area on the retina 61 of the eye to be examined with the first light flux from the first light source part 100. A first optical light receiving system 300A guides a part of light flux reflected and returned from the retina 61 of the eye to be examined to a first photo-detection part 510 via a first conversion member 400 for converting the reflected light flux into at least 17 beams. A second light source part 110 emits the light flux of a second wavelength. A second optical illumination system 200B illuminates a prescribed area on the retina 61 of the eye to be examined with the second light flux from the second light source part 110. A second optical light receiving system 300B guides the second light flux reflected and returned from the retina 61 of the eye to be examined to a second photo-detection part 520. On a display part, where the light flux for measurement is converged or fixed on the eyeground 61 of the eye 60 to be examined and further, the converging/measuring position is changed by moving a fixation target or position to be irradiated with irradiation light for Hartmann measurement with a driving part. |
