PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for sharpening a tip of a tooth-pick capable of easily sharpening the tip only by inserting the tooth-pick on the market into a tooth-pick inserting hole to be rotated. SOLUTION: A structure of the tool for sharpening the tip of the tooth-pick is provided wherein the tooth-pick inserting hole (6) and a conical hole (7) are provided by connecting at a center of a main body (1). A sharpening edge (3) is fixed to an adjusting screw (4) conforming to the conical hole (7) to cover the whole of an internal hollow part (9) with a cover (2).
