PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently collecting surface soil containing soil-embedded seeds through narrowing a working yard to the utmost. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following practice: the surface soil containing soil-embedded seeds is disaggregated e.g. by blowing high-pressure air thereagainst, and the thus disaggregated surface soil is then sucked using a suction device, especially an ejector device, and blown into a bag connected with the suction device.
