FIELD: material working by grinding with use of abrasive tool in machine tools for round grinding, surface grinding and other machine tools. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mounting abrasive tool in machine tool spindle in face chuck providing elastic coaxial connection of tool with spindle; imparting rotation to "spindle-tool" system and performing grinding at applying torsional oscillations while adaptively changing frequency of torsional oscillations of tool relative to spindle according to given dependance. EFFECT: enhanced quality of worked surface due to minimized dynamics of change of macrogeometry of working surface of tool in time. 1 ex |
