METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF MONOMINERAL MICRONIZED TALC CONCENTRATE FROM TALC-MAGNSITE ORES

FIELD: mining industry; production of monomineral micronized talc concentrate from talc-magnesite ores. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes crushing, disintegration and packaging. Method includes additionally selective stage-type floatation of talc minerals of micron level by bubbles of air or oxygen, thickening and drying. Disintegration and floatation processes are performed simultaneously. Disintegration process is performed with the use of mechanical impact, friction between mineral particles and resonance and cavitation phenomena. EFFECT: increased productivity. 2 dwg
