PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fulfill a total of five roles of functions comprising a cutting function suitable for processing a fibrous material like ginger and a pulverizing function for pulverizing the material to fine particles, in addition to three roles of functions, a function of rubbing, pressing and crushing, etc., and functions of hitting and cutting, thereby improving usability. SOLUTION: A grinder device that performs grinding by the rotation of a grinding stone, a cutter device that performs cutting by the rotation of a cutter, a hammer device that performs hammering by the rotation of a swing hammer, a cutting device 26 where small blades 30 are installed so as to be vertically protruded from the upper and lower surfaces of horizontal rotary blade bodies 29, and a crushing device comprising upper and lower rotary blades installed in a crushing chamber and a vertical stationary blade installed on the peripheral wall of the crushing chamber, can be selectively combined on a machine base 10, where a driving shaft 8 of a motor 9 is protruded from the upper surface, so as to be connected with the driving shaft 8.
